Founded in 1999, Laizhou Shuangli Machinery Co., Ltd. is a major aftermarket manufacture of brake discs and brake drums for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles. We currently have more than 2000 part numbers for passenger cars and over 300 part numbers for commercial vehicles. Our products are sent all over the world including a number of domestic OEMs. Our current capacity is up to 3 million pieces per year and being gradually increased.
The land area is 10,0000sqm with 5,0000sqm for buildings.  We now have 200 employees, including 30 engineers and technicians.
We have 2 sets of 2 tons or 2 sets of 5 tons electric furnaces, 3 semi-auto casting lines, 2 auto-balancing machines, 2 auto-cleaning and packaging lines and more than 200 sets of CNC lathes, lathes, machining centers and other equipments. We also have a professional physical & chemical laboratory with advanced testing equipments.
TS16949 Quality Assurance Certificate was approved in 2010 by TUV which could guarantee a strict control of the plant operation. We have also been awarded the Star Enterprise of Laizhou Region and Enterprise Technological Center of Yantai city. We have passed EC plant approval in year 2015 and are getting E-MARK Certificates for different groups of products step by step.
