Huayi Hats is a manufacturer with designing, developing, producing&nb*nd selling. The main products include wool felt hats, all kinds of straw hats, fabric hats and so on. There are three companies under Huayi, which&nb*re Baoding Huayi Hats Co., Ltd, Hebei Ruediger Accessories Co., Ltd and Hebei Yiyi Accessories Co., Ltd. Meanwhile we are promoting two self-owned brands, PROVO and RUEDIGER.  

Huayi Hats founded in 2006, and located in Baoding City, Hebei province which is 150Km from Beijing, and 160Km from Tianjin, enjoying convenient traffic, full completed industrial chains&nb*nd abundant human resource advantages.

Baoding Huayi Hats Co., Ltd occupies 30,000 square meters, with a hat body manufacture base located in Gu’an, Hebei Province, occupying 15,000 square meters. The annual output of felt hat bodies is 4,000,000 pieces, and the annual output of all kinds of hats is 6,000,000 pieces. Now there are 200 qualified and skilled managers and technicians, and more than 1,200 workers. Numbers Of international famous designers&nb*re employed as designers, and more than 1,000 new styles are developed in each season. Products are mainly exported to the market of Europe, America, Japan and so on.

 In 2016, Huayi Hats built up the first personalized intelligent production line in this field with the standard of industry 4.0 which bases on the concept of internet plus. This intelligent factory which is driven by “Customer needs” data, combines with the industrial chains to realize the mass production of the personalized products with industrial efficiency and cost.
